My desk at the office where I am getting drawings done for a house renovation project we call Colina which we will go see later. Yellow tiles on the right of the screen are for a terrace. The Lips are gobbling up the preservationist’s business card.
At my studio, Pedro&Juana, the Lips are on a prototype of a table top made of terrazzo with brass. To the right is a lampshade made of paper and all around are experiments for objects, buildings, textures …

Going up! Checking out the rooftop of Colina, a house in the suburbs of Mexico City. This is a remodel and a central part of the project is to open a space to allow the light to come in, creating a big interior well at the bottom. This where I am standing on a ladder.
